顏伯龍（1898-1955）滿族，正黃旗，北京人。名雲霖，字伯龍（以字行），號長白布衣，所居椿草堂。民國時期京津畫派著名的花鳥畫家，工山水、人物、翎毛、走獸。在不斷擬古的過程中，逐漸做到兼收並蓄，集宋、元、明、清歷代花鳥畫法之大成，亦在不斷融入自己的丹青意趣，終成一代花鳥大家，形成了顏氏“兼工代寫”的獨特花鳥畫法。
