Of naturalistic rockwork design, the malachite stone fitted in a blue and white planter,the color mostly teal with some russet, the center occasionally hollowed, and very smooth surface. The blue and white planter is in octogonal form with eight lobes, each depicting a landscape scene. 18th century. The painting depicts a few branches of narcissus flowers growing next to a shapely rock, with a small lizard next to it. Chinese calligraphy, artist seal and mark "Zong Jianting" on the top left corner.
