Raising from a circular foot and a deep flaring sides, each tea bowl includes a lid with feet-like finial. The exterior is painted with various figures and inscriptions, including 'Wu Zetian' and 'Di Renjie' from the Qing Dynasty illustrative manual 'Wu Shuang Pu'. The bottom and the finial bear marks. Late Qing Dynasty Period.
