The elephant is carved with head turning to the side, standing upon crested sea waves, dressed with saddle-cloth draped across its back carved with a 'fu' character on both sides, above it a boy holding a large leafy lotus leaf branch seated on knees, with another boy standing on one foot against the elephant holding a musical instrument. The stone is of celadon tone with some russet areas, such as purposely on back of the lotus leaf.
