The necklace is composed of one hundred and eight carnelian 'southern-red' agate beads of impressive reddish-orange tone spaced with three jadeite beads of mottled white and green jadeite 'Buddha's head' beads, and a two-part double-gourd jadeite bead suspending a white-green mottled jadeite pendant and terminating in a dewdrop-shaped tourmaline bead, enhanced by three strands with composed of turquoise beads, each terminating with filigree-silver mount encasing ruby and sapphire drop respectively. Qing Dynasty period.

此朝珠由一百零八顆南紅瑪瑙圓珠串聯而成。顆粒大而圓，色澤紅而美。三枚記總和一枚葫蘆頭用翡翠琢磨而成。其余穿飾則用紅寶石、藍寶石等名貴珠寶精心打造。材藝雙美，配飾齊全，為清代朝珠中的極品。
