The ovoid body resting on a short spreading foot, surmounted by waisted neck, overall finely enamelled with brilliant famille-rose in with scenes of ducks swimming in a pool of lotus blossoms to the front, the reverse with a peacock standing on one leg, the neck with a continous scenes of birds in flight and perching on gnarled branches, all against black ground. The base with six character Kangxi mark. Qing Dynasty period.
