敞口，粗頸，獸環雙耳，豐肩，鼓腹漸收，圈足外撇，通體滿飾青花紋飾，主題紋飾為纏枝蓮紋，口沿、足部飾海水江崖蓮瓣紋。青花花色深沈，頸部飾蓮葉圖案，造型端莊清秀。胎質厚薄適度，釉面亮青平滑，底書“大清乾隆年制”六字三行青花篆書款。
