印方形，銅鎏金制成，金光閃閃，鎏金保存完好。龍蹲踞為鈕，采用陰刻和鏤空之法而成，身軀細長，龍角後伸，雙爪前置，身軀拱起，後腿蹲立，呈蓄勢待發狀，似乎隨時都可撲向前方之勢。底部印文為“崇仁王寶”。
