此袍圓領右襟，馬蹄式袖口，藍色綢地，以盤金繡工藝滿飾龍紋，雲蝠紋和八寶紋等。所繡龍紋均用金絲高繡而成，光彩奪目，造型生動、形像傳神。整件龍袍祥雲遍布，姿態萬千，洪蝠迭現，靈瑞咸集，採用釘繡套針、纏針等刺繡方法，紋飾繁密豐富，曲線圓順，繡面平服，絲縷端正，針距均勻，無露無疊，富麗典雅、盡顯皇家風範。
