此觀音造像以老性壽山石精琢而成，半跏趺於山石台上，頭戴帽冠，僧帶自然垂於肩上，眉眼細長，面部飽滿，表情恬靜，身披僧衣，頸戴瓔珞，右手扶於座上，左手持凈瓶。造像神態自若，優雅美觀有一種置身於大自然的豁然，雕工流暢，衣褶自然，包漿自然老到，用料上乘，工藝考究，配老紅木底座。
