Qing Dynasty period or later. Of square form, the seal finely carved with a recumbent buddhist lion as finial, the seal side inscribed and dated, the seal face carved with six character and manchurian inscription, accompanied with a cloisonne enamel seal box finely enamelled with dragon leaping from crashing waves.

此印章色澤金黃，質地細膩勻致，包漿油亮，撫之溫潤。整體為扁四方形，為惜其材，上部隨形雕琢獅鈕，形象生動，線條老辣，用刀精湛，構思巧妙。包漿自然老到，蘿卜絲紋明顯，雕工精湛，保存完好，形制規整，用料上乘，一側落邊款“國富民強 乾隆十三年內務府禦制”，宮廷氣息濃郁，為難得的文房佳品，配掐絲琺瑯盒，更顯其珍貴。
