Of archaic hu form, the rounded pear-shaped body rising from a short splayed foot to a lightly flaring neck set with a pair of strap handles, covered overall with a rich olive-green glazed, the glazed base incised with a six-character seal mark beneath a brown dressing.

本器小巧可人，造型仿漢代銅壺，直口微敞，溜肩鼓腹，圈足外撇，肩部貼飾雙夔龍耳，造型古樸，內外壁通施茶葉末釉，釉色滋潤失透，青色中閃爍黃黑斑點，燦若晨星，典雅高貴。雙耳上部微露胎骨，足際塗有黑色護胎釉，以摹鐵足效果，觀之古意盎然，猶可辨宋代遺韻。底心模印“大清乾隆年制”六字三行篆書款。配木盒。
