The compressed globular body rising from a short foot to a tall waisted neck, decorated with the ‘Hundred butterflies’ design divided by a band of lotus scrolls and stylised shou characters at the shoulder, the rim and the foot with ruyi and lappet bands, inscribed to the base with a six-character iron-red reign mark. Qing Dynasty Guangxu period.

此瓶為清光緒、宣統兩朝御窯彩瓷經典品種，瓶身以粉彩百蝶紋裝飾，俏麗喜慶。整器形制規整，胎釉精良，頸、腹部繪粉彩“百蝶圖”，取“歡天喜地”之吉意，所繪蛺蝶五色煥然，身姿各異，須翅栩然，靈動精采。全器設色豐富，筆觸工致，明快妍麗，陳設效果上佳。
